This is the unexpected time when you get a message a “printer is offline” message after trying to print any document. Nothing is printing and you don’t have any idea why. There are a lot of reasons why a printer can go offline. They range from connectivity problems to a powered down printer. - You need to reboot your printing machine just by shutting it off and turning it back on again. You have to give the unit 1 or 2 minutes to finish the booting.
- Authenticate that the printer is plugged into your system or that it has network connectivity. If your printer is a networked unit, you must check rightly the link light on the back of the printer to confirm that it is flashing green.

- Click the “Start” option and then click “Devices & Printers” Button.

- Close the print spooler window and come back to devices and printers.
- You need to open a web browser and download the new driver for your printer from official website of manufacturer.

- Must to click on “Start” option and click “Control Panel” button.
- Need to type “Troubleshooter” in the search box at the upper right corner of the window. Click the “Troubleshooting” link when it displays in the main window.
- Click “Use a printer” under hardware & sound.
